FAQs

Will a Nanapod fit on my site?

  • Your building spot needs to be close to where you can connect to sewage and water systems. Your general contractor can help you with this.

  • There are rules, called zoning guidelines and restrictions, about what you can build and where you can build it. Check your local zoning restrictions.

  • The place where you're building must have enough space for big trucks, about 80 to 90 feet long, and a crane to move around easily. Ask your general contractor about your specific site dimensions.

  • There are also rules about the smallest size your building can be, known as minimum square footage restrictions, so check your city ordinances or HOA restrictions for this.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing at this time. Check with your local bank for a construction loan.

Where can I have my Nanabode delivered?

  • Our product is completely made in a factory in Illinois and then put on a truck to be sent to almost every state in the contiguous U.S.

  • We can also help customers in Canada to figure out how to get your home shipped to your property.

Do Nanapods come with everything I need to connect it to my utilities?

Yes, Nanapods come with connections for sewage, water, and electricity. All your general contractor needs to do is hook it up.

Is shipping included in the price?

It is not. Depending on where you are shipping the Nanapod to, we will coordinate with a third-party logistics company to deliver your Nanapod to you. If you have a preferred shipping company, we can find out if they have the right trucks for our pods.
